Today we finished our Mud City book! After our read, we collaborated together to write down what we learned in the book using the following prompts that we all came up with:

3. The happiest moment of the story
4. The saddest moment of the story
5. The most inspiring moment of the story
6. Adjectives to describe Shauzia
7. What I want to learn more about
8. What would you do if you could live like Shauzia?
Throughout the book, we hear of Shauzia's dream of seeing lavender fields in France so we created our own picture of lavender fields in our Visual Art Journals using various techniques with watercolour and liquid tempura paints.
Report Cards are going home today. Please make sure to sign the outer envelope and send it back to school next week.
